Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that appears damaged or defective upon delivery, please:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging

- Include your order number, description of the issue, and attached photographs
Only packages that were
insured and confirmed lost or damaged in transit will be eligible for a replacement. Claims must be filed within the specified timeframe. We are not responsible for packages after they leave our care unless insured.
